Program & Class Information

Based on the 36 most effective techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Gracie Combatives prepares any student for the eventualities of a real street fight in the least amount of time possible. Regardless of age, gender, or athletic ability, this program is perfect for you!

Beyond the Gracie Combatives, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu consists of hundreds of advanced techniques, all of which have been organized into a clearly defined, systematic curriculum called The Master Cycle. The Master Cycle is broken down into seven positional chapters each of which is studied for several months before moving on to the next to optimize learning.

A confident child is a Bullyproof child. Every child will be targeted by a bully at some point in their life. The Gracie Bullyproof program will give your child physical, psychological and verbal tools to overcome these inevitable challenges without violence.   

Additional program for all-level wrestlers. In this class we cover principals of wrestling.  This will include the disciplines of Freestyle, Folk-Style and Greco-Roman wrestling. 

Additional Advanced Jiu Jitsu Class, in this program we simulate sport Jiu Jitsu scenarios followed with various versions of live training. Any student looking to compete this class will help ramp up your training regimen 

Fight Simulation class will help develop your fight readniess & gain additional reflexes by using timing from previous techniques taught. This is an advanced level class & requires a Gracie Combatives ® belt to participate.
